Support

Purple Piano is a musical instrument for toddlers on iPhone and iPad — a full-screen rainbow keyboard where every note sounds good together, a song maker for drawing tunes, five sound knobs and four tones.

Common questions

Does it need the internet?

No. Purple Piano works completely offline. It makes no network requests at all, so it works on a plane, in the car, or on an iPad with no SIM.

Where are my child's tunes saved?

Tunes and settings are stored only on the device, in the app itself. They are never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them, and there is no way to recover them afterwards.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

None. No ads, no purchases, no subscriptions, no accounts, and no data collection of any kind. See the privacy policy for the full story.

There's no sound.

Check that the device isn't muted — on iPad the side switch may be set to mute, and on iPhone the ring/silent switch can affect it. Turning the volume up with the hardware buttons while the app is open usually does it.

How do I get the app?

Purple Piano is in TestFlight now and coming to the App Store soon. Get in touch if you'd like a TestFlight invite.
